Downwards vertical casting Company MARS Conticast technologies has for just one year developed own technology for vertical casting of profiles from all kinds of bronzes by technique downwards and sold to company KMM Metals, Riga, Latvia 5 casting machines, currently in installation phase and will be in operating condition during this year.

Horizontal casting Currently is under way development of plant for horizontal casting of all bronzes, external diameter up to 150mm. One plant will be finished and offered to the market.

Upward vertical casting Company Mars Casting Technologies has developed technology of continuous upward casting, processed in electromagnetic crystallizers. It is possible, by this technology, to cast solid and hollow profile till the maximal outer diameter 45mm. Following picture present industrial plant for upward continuous casting of bronze in 4 electromagnetic crystallizers, capacity 6000 tons/year.
